I’ve caught a little flack for my last post on comparing leadership development to disicipleship.
so…I went back and read it and will spend some more time trying to clarify what I tried to say in a fairly rushed post.
it males sense in my head and heart. I’ll just have to figure out how to best translate that on web ink and paper.
plus i’ve got a bucket full of other thoughts from this conference i just attended so…stay tuned.
