We finished lead vocals on all but one song today. We might have been able to finish, but my voice was showing signs of wear and tear and I had to cut across town to OLC band practice. I’ll finish the last song next week and then work towards the last few bits and pieces we need to record. It is all coming together nicely. Can’t wait to give you guys something to listen to.

More vocals. We finished just in time last night. I could tell my voice was starting to get a little scratchy. However, today, we’ve done 4 more songs (which includes one we redid because I didn’t like how my voice sounded) and I don’t even feel fazed. We’re breaking for lunch at 4:30 and we’ll dive into more when we return. We might get all but 2 or 3 done tonight and those we’ll save for tomorrow. Those also happen ...

Today is all vocals. All day with nothing but me singing. I enjoy it but, I don’t really get much of a break. I’m able to type this right now because the engineer had to get something out to FedEx before they closed and so I’m sitting here waiting to get started again. My brother is out of the country so I am also doing all this without a producer. That could be dangerous. It is working out okay.

Did you guys hear about the amazing milestone set by Manning and Brady last week and probably by Favre this week being the first quarterbacks to beat every team but their own? What and incredible coincidence. It is especially amazing considering if any of them fail, they may not get another chance.
