Today was a busy day for me. It started in the studio finishing up guitar tracks and then I had to trek up to my parents and host a costume party we had for all the people that work on our production team at Oak Leaf Church. We did it! We squeezed in five more songs today and finished the twelve we were hoping for before Paul Stivitts (the drummer) had to fly back to New York. Now it is on to overdubs of guitar, keys, and accessory instruments and then we’ll finish up the vocals and BGVs before we send it off to be mixed. Knocked out another four tunes today. Two I love, one that is just so-so (needs some more instruments) and one that rips my face off.
