I’ve alwyas wanted to be an inventor. But I’m usually the guy who says, “hey, wouldn’t be cool if so and so did such and such” and then I turn the channel and a better looking, actually functioning version of my so and so is being sold in an informerical. At least I know I could have come up with it if I had just had the idea a little earlier.

Well, I’ve had this one invention in my back pocket I have been waiting to get working on because I know it would make me a billionaire. It is called – Wireless Power! Think about it, what if everything in your house could be powered by a junction box power tranmitter so you never had to
plug anything into a wall outlet? What if you never had to charge your cellphone or ipod while you were at home, becuase it was being charged by just being in your pocket. how cool would that be?

Well, turns out I’m a little late on this one too.
Wireless Power! They say this technology will be available by 2008. Just imagine what will be available in 2020. I can’t wait!

NOTE: Maybe it is just me, but I think the subject heading for this post sounds like the title of a bad Christian B movie about an unemployed IT guy who finds his power source in the Holy Spirit with no strings (or wires) attached. Maybe it’ll give one of those great “Christian” movie studios a good idea for their next flick.
